Legal basis

The basis for this message is the amended Electronic Communications Act (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 109/2012; hereinafter "ZEKom-1"), which has been effective since the beginning of 2013 and has introduced new rules regarding the use of cookies and similar technologies for storing and accessing data stored on the user’s computers or mobile devices.
